This business is an absolute 10! The fellows that came were very professional, went straight to work. They had the top portion of the door off in minutes and the new panel installed in no time. They took their time to oil all the rails and adjusted the garage opener so the door closed snuggly. Fantastic job! They know their stuff. They answer their phone and return calls. That's a plus around here. I only needed the top panel on the door replaced due to being bent and broken windows, but was told by another garage place, they didn't make this brand anymore and needed a new door. I wanted a 2nd estimate so called Genson, they came out, took measurements and called me back in a couple days, saying they ordered the panel and it will be in, in a week or so. This company is honest too, another huge plus! Can't say enough about them.

I needed to replace my old Craftsman garage door opener so I called Genson Overhead Door, on a Friday. They scheduled a repair for Monday and gave me a price which I thought was very reasonable. The technician arrived as scheduled and did a professional job of installing the new opener. He even reinforced the.door rails which were somewhat loose.

Called to get bottom thingy on door replaced. They were out almost overnight and fixed everything beautifully.
